  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz salami or pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese, salami or pepperoni, bell peppers, and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; allow cooling slightly before slicing.
