  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and sugar until smooth. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about half a cup of batter into the pan, swirling to form an even layer. Cook for about two minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat until all batter is used.
  3. In another bowl, beat mascarpone cheese with cooled coffee until combined. Gradually add sugar while mixing until smooth.
  4. Layer one crepe on a serving plate, spread with mascarpone filling, and top with another crepe. Repeat until all crepes are stacked.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
  6. Dust cocoa powder over the top before slicing and serving.
