  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until fully combined.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and arrange them in serving cups.
  5. Layer half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
