  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion and carrots and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions in olive oil until translucent. Add carrots and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  3. Increase heat slightly and add ground turkey, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
