Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber (squeeze out excess water), minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Assemble the Salad: Layer fresh greens in a serving bowl or plate. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Add sliced chicken on top, sprinkle with feta cheese, and generously drizzle tzatziki sauce.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
