  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine (optional)

Instructions

  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
