  1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half if necessary, then freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
  2. Set up a breading station with one dish for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Nashville hot seasoning.
  3. Dredge each frozen stick in flour, dip into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
