  • 24 Oreos (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press firmly into the baking dish.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes until slightly crisp; set aside to cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust; layer with half of the strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Add remaining cream cheese mixture on top; finish with rest of the fruit.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
