  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a rectangular baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from heat and stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
  3. 3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. 4. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. 5. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. 6. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, layer half of the crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top, then spread the remaining batter over it. Finish with more graham crackers and marshmallows.
