Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium ripe peach sliced
For the Topping
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad Base
  1. In a large bowl, add the mixed salad greens.
  2. Top the greens with sliced peaches and set aside.
Add the Toppings
  1. Sprinkle the blueberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped walnuts over the salad base.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Dress the Salad
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
  2. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
