Ingredients
  

For the Patties
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
For Serving
  • 4 whole burger buns
  • 1 cup leafy greens like lettuce or spinach
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 medium red onion sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a golden brown crust.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns lightly on the skillet or grill.
  2. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on the bottom bun.
  3. Place the cooked chicken patty on top, followed by leafy greens, tomato slices, and red onion slices.
  4. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
