Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pound chicken breast cubed
  • 1 pound gnocchi store-bought
  • 1 cup pesto sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup heavy cream
For the Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken, gnocchi, pesto sauce, and heavy cream. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and gnocchi mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
