These delicious Reuben sliders combine all the classic flavors of a traditional Reuben sandwich in a fun, bite-sized form. Perfect for parties or game day!

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 12 slider buns slider buns
  • 1 pound corned beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the corned beef evenly over the buns, followed by the drained sauerkraut and shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. Spread the thousand island dressing evenly over the Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled sliders.
  6. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crispy.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
