  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional lime wedges.
