  • 8 oz beef flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: Slice the beef against the grain and chop the vegetables.
  2. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches until browned (about 3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell peppers and carrots for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet with cooked noodles. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger; toss everything together for an additional 3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve garnished with green onions.
